Winter is here in all its glory. And that makes it the perfect time to enjoy a cosy evening with a “Schneehaas”, our unfiltered wheat bock beer (Weizenbock) from Monstein.
The first tapping will take place on Friday, 3 December. Come and join us at 4 pm in our village brewery in Monstein when our master brewer opens the first barrel of fresh Schneehaas – a seasonal beer that all but hops into the glass. This is a fresh, zesty Weizenbock beer with a subtle hoppy taste. It’s certainly malty, and you might be able to make out notes of banana in there, too. In short, this beer is the ideal way to warm the soul during the cold winter months.
Like all Monsteiner speciality beers, “Schneehaas” is produced according to the strictest quality controls using local ingredients: crystal-clear spring water, Swiss hops and barley malt grown in the mountains by the Gran Alpin cooperative.
The first tapping on 3 December (4 pm to 7 pm) will be accompanied by grilled sausages. Visitors can also benefit from 20% off our “Schneehaas” beer during the event.
