A bottle of Monsteiner Steinbock contains not one, but two traditions: the Celtic “Steinbier” and the intensive “Bock” bier are combined to create a uniquely complex, organic speciality beer inspired by the noble ibex (Steinbock in German) – the heraldic animal of the Grisons.
