The brewing seminar

Roll up your sleeves and brew a genuine Monsteiner beer under the guidance of our master brewer. This hands-on experience of the Monsteiner beer brewing process reveals all about our ingredients and their properties. There’ll also be plenty to eat and drink throughout the day: we start with coffee and croissants followed by a snack later in the morning, and finish with a hearty platter of brewer’s bites with beers (served at our discretion) for lunch. Every participant will receive a brewer’s diploma as a memento of the day. Participants can pick up the beer they brewed themselves (17-20 litres) after the required fermentation and storage periods are complete.
