Sweet before savoury

You’ll enjoy a half-hour tour of Confiserie Schneider – a confectioner’s steeped in tradition on Davos square – and see how Monsteiner beer pralines are produced based on an old recipe. You can also try as many as you’d like. You’ll then have the chance to roll up your sleeves and make your own sweet memento.
After coffee and cake to replenish your energy, you’ll head to Monstein at your discretion, where you’ll be received at Switzerland’s highest-altitude brewery. Here, your culinary tour will continue – with various Monsteiner specialities to enjoy. We’ll be serving our hearty brewer’s platter, featuring Monsteiner brewer’s cheese, bacon, cuts of beef, jerky bites, bread-infused sausage and Monsteiner bread made with brewer’s grains. Tasty bites made with by-products and ingredients from the beer production process. Of course, we’ll also be serving beer (at our discretion) and our non-alcoholic Sunni Sirup alongside the platters. While you’re enjoying your food, we’ll reveal exactly how these products were made – and tell you more about our brewery.
