You’ll take Jakobshornbahn aerial tramway to Ischalp at 9.30 am. Once you arrive, you’ll hike for approximately 30 minutes to the Clavadeler Alp show dairy, where you’ll receive a live demonstration of how tasty Clavadeler alpine cheese is produced. You’ll be served a cheese tasting tray – with alpine cheese and more – which you can enjoy alongside the breathtaking view. At 12.30 pm, it’s time to lace up your hiking boots again and head off to Monstein via Clavadel, Junkerboden and Spina (3.5–4 hours total). You’ll be met in Monstein by our brewing expert, who will take you on a tour of the ABCs of beer and reveal the secrets of beer production. Your culinary round trip will end in our cosy Gambrinus cellar, where you’ll enjoy a delicious platter of brewer’s bites made with our very own brewer’s grains and beers (served at our discretion). At 6 pm, you’ll make your way back to Davos via public transport.
